It was now lunch time and unfortunately Jake was only in your third period class, but at least now you guys can walk to lunch together! "Oh yea by the way I made some new friends earlier and they asked if we can sit with them at lunch!" you say smiling. "Oh that's cool, I hope they're nice-" Jake says with a kind of worried look on his face. "Jake don't worry they're really nice, I bet you'll really like them!" "Yea but.. I don't know it's just you've already made two friends and I haven't even talked to anybody yet" Jake sighs. "Don't worry you'll make new friends in no time, you're a really nice guy I mean anybody would be crazy not to be friends with you!" You say trying to cheer Jake up.

"Yea you're right I am a pretty nice guy!" Jake says sarcastically. You laugh a bit at what he says and start daydreaming about how your life would be like to have a group of friends AND not being bullied 24/7. Your daydream soon ended when you accidentally bump into someone. You quickly look up out of shock and saw a tall boy with brown hair and hazel eyes looking down at you. You guys just started at each other for a couple seconds not knowing what to do when "Y/n what the hell look where you're f*cking going god damn." A female voice says. You stop staring and look to where the voice was coming from, it was Kirsten, and some guy with his hood up standing next to her. "Oh uhm sorry I just-" you say trying to quickly apologize but she cuts you off "I don't give a damn about your excuses, you need to watch where you're going before I MAKE you move." she says stepping closer to you.

"Woah woah hey Kirsten back up she was just trying to apologize." Jake says pulling me away from her. "Oh and what are you, her little boyfriend? f*cking slu*t." Kirsten says in her snobby voice. "Hey Kirsten don't call her that ok? That's too far and it was an accident nobody got hurt" the brown haired boy finally said. Kirsten looked at him with a disgusted kind of look on her face and said "Fine whatever i'm going to lunch, cmon." she says telling the hoodie guy to follow her. He didn't say a thing which was kind of weird. "I'm really sorry about that she's just.. having a bad day-" The brown haired boy said trying to apologize. "No no it's ok, i'm used to it" You say to the boy with a fake smile. "Yea I mean I know she bullies y/n but that was just-" Jake says to him. "Yea sorry again, but I have to go to lunch so uh, see ya around!" He says as he waves to us goodbye. "Bye dude" Jake sighs but waves back. "See I told you he was nice, you just need to give him a chance." Jake says assuringly.

"Yea but if I give him a chance that'll only bring Kirsten closer." you say putting your hands in your pockets. "Yea but, maybe it's worth it." Jake says with a smile. You think about what he says and think to yourself ~maybe if i give him a chance- but he's going to have to prove himself, I still don't trust him~

You eventually make it to the lunch table and sit next to Jake as he sits down too, Kaden and Raven sitting in front of you starting the conversation. "Hey y/n!" Kaden says already eating. "Hey Kaden! This is Jake by the way" You say pointing at Jake. They all introduce themselves and continue to have a conversation. Your eyes land on a girl at the next table crying to herself. You immediately feel bad and tap on Jakes shoulder and signal to look to the side of him. "Oh jeeze what do you think happened?" Jake says as he looks back at you. "I don't know but I'm going to talk to her" you say hoping to make the girl feel better. Although you suck at talking to people you wanted to help the poor girl. Jake nods as you get up from the table and walk over to the girl. "Uh hey.. whats wrong?" you say trying to sound as nice as you can. The girl didn't know you were there so she quickly wiped her tears "Oh.. nothing i'm fine" She says with a fake smile. "Well I know you don't know me but you can tell me what's wrong, i'll try my best to make you feel better!" You say trying to comfort the girl. The girl starts to tear up again "It's.. my boyfriend he uh, left me for some popular bitch." She says trying not to cry. You think of what to say next because you've never felt that kind of pain before. "What?! that's crazy! How could he leave you I mean look at you you're gorgeous! He must be blind or something I mean come on!" You say smiling at her.

The girl wipes her tears again and smiles. "And if you want you can sit with me and my friends, it'll help you take your mind off things!" You say again pointing at your table. "Oh and I'm y/n by the way" you say laughing a bit. "Aija" she says shaking your hand. She then pulls you in to a hug and although it was sudden you hugged her back of course. You both get up and walk to your table. "Hey guys! This is Aija! I invited her to sit with us today" you say hoping the group would be nice about it. "Hey!" Hi aija!" The group says as you both sit down. You guys all introduce each other and you're very happy about what you did.
